Frequently Asked Questions

Are your cabins pet-friendly?

Yes! All of our cabins welcome cats and dogs for a $100 flat pet fee per stay. We do have a few pet-related guidelines, so please review our pet policy before booking to make sure your stay goes smoothly.

Do your cabins have mountain views and hot tubs?
Most of our cabin rentals offer private porches with stunning foothills of the Smoky Mountain views, and the Red Bud Cabin features an outdoor hot tub perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking or exploring.

Are the cabins near Gatlinburg, hiking trails, and the Smokies?
We’re about 45 minutes from Gatlinburg and just minutes from several peaceful East Tennessee trails, waterfalls, and scenic drives — without the crowds.

Do I need four-wheel drive to reach the cabins?
Nope. All cabins are easy to access with well-maintained gravel roads. No 4WD or special vehicle required, just drive in and unwind.

What’s nearby if I want to explore the area?
We’re close to historic Greeneville, Cherokee National Forest, the Nolichucky River, and beautiful spots like Margarette Falls, perfect for day trips or spontaneous adventures.

Are the cabins good for families or group stays?
Absolutely. We have cabins for couples, families, and small groups. Some sleep up to 6 guests, and many offer multiple bedrooms and full kitchens.

When’s the best time to book cabins for fall foliage or seasonal views?
October is peak fall foliage season, and our cabins are known for their spectacular autumn colors. Summer is popular too, especially for river adventures and mountain hikes.

How do I book cabin online?
It’s easy, just check availability here and reserve directly through our secure online system. No third-party fees, and no surprises at checkout.
